Planned, created and developed super luxury mix used projects in Bulgaria, Austria, Costa Rica, Grenada, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Switzerland, Dominican Republic, Vietnam, Albania, Sudan, Tunisia, Tanzania, Morocco, USA and Turkey

Multi-unit Hotel and Resort Management. Managed up to 60 Hotels and Resorts in U.S.A., Austria, Bulgaria, Thailand, Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco simultaneously. Hotel & Resort Classification. Planned and implemented H&R classification for the state of Qatar. Start-up Operations. Planned start-up operations (e.g., project development, site planning, architectural design, infrastructure and resort/hotel management) for First Choice, Mediterra, Marmara, Nazar and Terra in Turkey, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Austria, Thailand, USA , Bulgaria and Costa Rica.

Management Development. Trained managers for key leadership positions through seminars, world tour travels, and periodical meetings/controls. Acquisitions & Asset Management. Managed the acquisitions of lands and properties in France, Austria, USA, Switzerland, Caribbean, Turkey, Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco, etc. including the management of these properties.

Due Diligence. Structured and created complete business plans including feasibility studies, P & L and financial projections for more than 100 properties and developments ranging from renovation, restructuring up to new grand scale developments.

Development Design & Construction. Supervised the design & construction of the projected developments. Project Management. Managed hotel development projects from market research to grand opening, and established all operational processes and standards with full P&L responsibility. 

Joint Venture Development. Assisted in establishing a JV with First Choice and Global Charter Onur Airline (Turkey), a $1 billion revenue generating company.
