Experienced Senior Advisor, currently Partner of Horizon Equity Partners and an Investment Committee Member of Incus Horizon Advisors, having more than 30 years of experience.

Between 2006 and 2018 was Executive Board Member (CFO) of EDP (Energias de Portugal). Whilst CFO of EDP, was responsible, inter alia, for the listing and development of EDP Renewables, a >€ 20Bln company with more than 14GW´s of installed capacity (wind onshore, offshore and solar). 

Prior, worked at BCP (Banco Comercial Portugues) for 18 years. Between 2000 and 2006, was General Manager of BCP. From 1999, was Executive Board Member of the Millennium BCP Investimento (BCP´s Investment Bank subsidiary) with the responsibility for BCP Group's Debt and Capital Markets and Group Treasurer.

Holds a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and a MBA from the University of Michigan.
