Former experiences are as President of the Portuguese National Fuels Agency, ENMC, CEO Prio Bio, Chairman ACOMES, International Network of Oil Stockpiles Agencies. Currently Non-Exec Board member in energy companies, President of FAE the Portuguese Board Directors Association, and President of APPB, the Portuguese Biofuels Association. Holds a 5 years management degree from Católica Lisbon and a AMP from Kellogg.
