Paulo Ribeiro, a Portuguese luxury executive, was born in 1966.

In late 2020, Paulo Ribeiro acquired and transformed Plenia Travel—a Madrid-based luxury travel agency founded in 2012—into Plenia-Travel Architects, Spain's first "travel architecture studio" specializing in ultra-personalized luxury itineraries for UHNWIs. Under his leadership as CEO and Travel Architect Master, the firm designs journeys as unique "masterpieces," earning awards like Europe's Best Luxury Travel Agency in 2021 by World Travel Awards. 

In 2024 and 2025, it received one of the seven nominations for the world's best luxury travel agency and is currently the only agency in Spain endorsed by Forbes Travel Guide - USA.

Previously, he was CEO at Quintessentially in Spain and Monaco, managing a global concierge club for high-net-worth clients with services like bespoke event access and lifestyle planning.
