PEDRO FRAGOSO

Pedro advises several investors in infrastructure across Europe and Latam.

Pedro was a Partner with EXUS Partners, where he was responsible for Brazil and a member of the firm’s global value creation and advisory committees. 

Pedro has extensive experience in M&A and fundraising, having originated and executed deals up to USD 1.0bn in equity, from origination to investment committee preparation, SPA negotiation and closing, to integration and value creation at company and asset level. In addition to this, Pedro had been a consultant with Boston Consulting Group and Roland Berger across Europe and Latam, where he co-led the firms’ regional Energy and Private Equity and Principal Investors practices.

Pedro holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Business Management degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
